In 2020, I opened my second restaurant ‘Marked,’ located a short distance from Coffee Oysters Champagne. This 10,000 sq foot restaurant focused on sustainable meat, seafood, and produce all prepared and ‘marked’ by our wood charcoal grill. In 2024, I rebranded to ‘Runway 06’ in order to have even more fun with the venue! At Runway 06, we believe in creating an experience meant to be explored. From our globally inspired menu to our show-stopping themed events, Runway 06 is a vibrant love letter to diverse cultures, flavours, and entertainment.
Runway 06 restaurant takes you on a journey not just with food and drink, but by way of our 4 unique yet cohesive dining spaces: Pan-Am Lounge, Comedor, Tucano, and Corsair.
